NTUC Care Fund (Special Assistance)

Dear Members,

We are pleased to inform you about the NTUC Care Fund (Special Assistance) 2025, designed to support our lower-income union members with the rising cost of living. Below are the key details:

1. About the Programme

• The NTUC Care Fund (Special Assistance) provides a one-time cash relief to help with expenses like groceries and transportation.
• The cash relief will be credited directly to the successful applicant's registered bank account.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• Membership: Must have at least 6 continuous months of membership and no arrears.
• Income:
  • For members with family in the same household: Total Monthly Gross Household Income of $3,800 or below, OR Per Capita Income of $950 or below if the household income exceeds $3,800.
  • For members without family in the same household: Monthly Gross Personal Income of $1,650 or below.

3. Award Quantum

• Members with family in the same household: $150
• Members without family in the same household: $60

4. Required Supporting Documents

• Income Documents:
  • Employed: CPF Transaction History (past 15 months), Notice of Assessment from IRAS (2024), and recent 3 months' payslips.
  • Self-employed: Notice of Assessment from IRAS (2024).
  • Unemployed: CPF Transaction History (recent 3 months).
• Additional Documents: Birth certificates, proof of residential address, and bank statement for verification.

5. Application Process (Online only)

• Applications are now open till 26 March 2025, 4:00 PM.
• Submit applications via OneCARE at https://ucare.ntuc.org.sg/assistance/

6. Cash Relief Disbursement

• Successful applicants will receive an email notification.
• Cash relief will be credited within 30 working days, subject to bank clearance.

7. Terms and Conditions

• Accurate and up-to-date documentation is required.
• False declarations may result in denial of future assistance and return of the award.
• The Union is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate bank details provided by members.
